how does 20 hours even translate into money can the fine just be paid in money or do you have to do something stupid for 20 hours

And I haven't the vaguest idea. They weren't forthcoming with details when they posted the citation, as you can see. If I'm given the option, I'll do the community service. I imagine it's something like picking up litter, which I would have done without a citation.

this is actually the first in-network citation i've seen, they must have started cracking down harder than before on smaller incidents because i talked at length about how i'm a vampire hunter when i first arrived and nothing happened
