[Courtesy of the beach party, he's home late. He didn't attend- not deliberately, in any case; the task of ushering some of the elder teenagers that snuck out simply fell to him, and he ended up spending a considerable length of time walking back and fort through the sand, ensuring he hadn't missed anyone. But it's late, he's home, and he can still hear the fireworks popping as he steps up to their apartment door and uses his card key.
The first thing he hears is whimpering. Closing the door behind himself, he hurries to locate the source, following it into Alucard's bedroom and slapping on the light.]
What's going on here?

[During this.]
If you happen to know of any methods to terminate the influence of Helena's Nail that don't involve killing, now would be the time to tell me.
[And he'll overhear the ensuing conversation when he finally picks up, since the device remains active.]

Don't worry about cooking dinner. I'll be home shortly. I need a bath, so if you wouldn't mind running one for me, I would be grateful.
[This comes twenty minutes before Anderson steps through the door, and the first thing he does is to go to the laundry basket and throw in the bulk of his clothes. With the expertise of the laundry service here, most of it will be able to be salvaged, but the surplice is probably a lost cause.
Baskerville comes to greet him, but he simply steps past and peers into the lounge room, searching for Alucard.]
Did you run that bath?

[He's been wandering for a while now, trekking through veritable seas of bodies and stifling heat in an effort to reach the apartment. The cooler lands he's come upon (been inadvertently drawn to, rather) would have been a reprieve, except they're beyond cool, into frigid, and Anderson has to clench his teeth to prevent them from chattering as he steps around the circumference of vast icy pools.
His voice is strained as he speaks into his device.]
I'm starting to miss the magma. I'm heading for the apartments. Will I find you there?

Come upstairs. We need to talk, and frankly, you're spending too much time in the basement. I believe we agreed that you would only use it for sleeping.
