i can't believe you're trying to blame me for your own trouble making, not everything bad that happens is my fault

this is actually the first in-network citation i've seen, they must have started cracking down harder than before on smaller incidents because i talked at length about how i'm a vampire hunter when i first arrived and nothing happened

though i also didn't have evidence of attacking anyone
