"See that you don't. I take me job seriously." It's all he has. The only thing keeping him from crumbling under the weight of it all. So long as he can look after someone, focus on someone that not himself, he doesn't have to think about the sort of person they both know he really is. He's just the butler fixing up bath water. He's a million miles away from the soldier that helped Alucard put men up on spikes and would gleefully do it again.

"Well, you got it. Won't be dressing as no frilly maid. Don't have the looks for that no more, but I do what I can. So I'd appreciate a key."

The water is nearly to where he estimates it needs to be. He remains still, far too calm. He'd offered once, a thing he barely remembers, high as he'd been. He'd not known then what he knows now. "Offer...stands, so you know. If you ever need it." After all he's seen, he's still willing to open a vein for Alucard.

The tap goes off and he stands to turn and look at the vampire. "Right then. Clothes off and in you get." He points behind him at the steaming tub.
